Hi, I’m Charlène, but you can call me Charly.
I am a massive romantic. I have watched just about every romance film the streaming platforms have to offer, I believe love deserves to be celebrated loudly and I have always loved bringing people together.
For me, weddings bring all of that together: the people, the emotion and the freedom to create something wonderfully personal. With a career built around creating meaningful experiences, becoming a wedding planner felt like the most natural next chapter.
But there was something else, too. I didn’t see enough people like me reflected in the traditional wedding world.
I wanted to help create more room for us. For queer couples, alternative souls, neurodivergent minds and anyone who wants to celebrate without having to leave part of themselves behind.
That is how Evergreen began: wedding planning in Scotland with thoughtful organisation, creative possibility and your story at its heart.

Evergreen is for anyone who has ever felt that the traditional wedding world was not quite made with them in mind and for every couple who simply wants the freedom to celebrate in a way that feels honest.
The experience behind the heart.
The heart came first, but Evergreen is also built on more than ten years of professional experience.
Before founding Evergreen, I spent more than a decade working in Scotland’s high end tourism and events industry, designing and delivering bespoke experiences for clients from around the world.
I have managed every stage of the journey, from understanding a client’s vision and shaping tailored proposals to coordinating suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring everything comes together beautifully on the day.
That experience has given me an intimate knowledge of Scotland: its remarkable venues, dramatic landscapes, exceptional accommodation and talented suppliers. It has also taught me how to listen carefully, anticipate what people need and bring clarity to even the most complex plans.
Fluent in English and French, I have worked with people from many cultures and backgrounds, helping them feel understood, supported and confident throughout the process.
